Hillesden House in Leek, Staffordshire is an enhanced 24/7 supported living service for people living with a mental health diagnosis, mild learning disability brain injury or autism.
Hillesden House is located in a residential area close to the centre of Leek. The service will have 18 ensuite rooms and communal areas including a fully equipped kitchen and garden.
As with all of our residential mental health support services, our residents benefit from ‘The Northern Healthcare model of enhanced supported living’, with 24/7 support onsite and clinical input from a Registered Mental Health Nurse and Occupational Therapist.
The team provide 24/7 support for people with a variety of mental health conditions. Our residents come to us from a number of different pathways; they may need greater ‘step down’ support following a period in an acute hospital or forensic service. Our experienced multi-disciplinary team help our residents to achieve their next steps, from simple tasks such as dieting and budgeting to longer-term goals such as gaining employment.
