    Service Manager

I am the Service Manager at Olton Grange, working alongside a well-accomplished and knowledgeable team of Support staff, Team Leaders, and our Clinical Team. I have been with Northern Healthcare for 5 years, with 3 years of this time focusing on a managerial role within a supported living setting. I have nearly completed my second NVQ in Lead Adult Social Care, which Northern Healthcare supported me to pursue. The experiences I gather daily allow me to demonstrate that I am caring and compassionate within my role, towards the people we support, as well as the team I work alongside.

Staff knew people well and recognised the value of person-centred care. This meant people’s support was individual and personalised to their needs and preferences. Staff supported people to engage in a range of activities including holidays, paid and voluntary work, socialising, and accessing community activities. (CQC Report 2024)
