At Northern Healthcare our teams provide 24-hour support for people living with a variety of mental health conditions, learning difficulties and autistic spectrum disorders. Some of the people we support may have more than one diagnosis, but every person is treated as an individual. Whilst personal history and diagnosis can help our teams understand and support our residents, we are dedicated to seeing the person and not their condition.
We provide safe environments for our residents to rebuild their skills, confidence and independence. Residents are supported by a multi-disciplinary team of mental health professionals, with input from a Registered Mental Health Nurse, an Occupational Therapist & 24/7 support.
