Tenby House House in Cumbria is a 24/7 supported living service for people living with a mental health diagnosis, learning disability or autism.
Once home to the hairy bikers, Tenby House offers residents a homely environment to live in and is located in a historic part of Barrow-In-Furness. The Edwardian building offers a spacious shared kitchen and lovely lounge area for our residents to enjoy.
Located close to the centre of Barrow, there is easy access to shops, local amenities and public transport. Residents at Tenby House benefit from ‘The Northern Healthcare model of supported living’, with 24/7 support onsite and clinical input from our multi-disciplinary team.

There are a number of areas in which our residents can socialise, we have a beautiful large kitchen, a lounge area and an activities area for our residents. In the summer our residents often make use of the outdoor space. Our beautiful private garden is often used for gardening and other activities.
People's views and decisions about care were incorporated in their care plans. This helped staff to support people in a way that allowed people to have control over their lives.
