Tenby House House in Cumbria is an enhanced 24/7 supported living service for people living with a mental health diagnosis, mild learning disability or autism.
Once home to the hairy bikers, Tenby House offers residents a homely environment to live in and is located in a historic part of Barrow-In-Furness. The Edwardian building offers a spacious shared kitchen and lovely lounge area for our residents to enjoy.
Located close to the centre of Barrow, there is easy access to shops, local amenities and public transport. At Tenby House we offer 24/7 support onsite with an added benefit of constant access to a dedicated full time Registered Mental Health Nurse and Occupational Therapist.

There are a number of areas in which our residents can socialise, we have a beautiful large kitchen, a lounge area and an activities area for our residents. In the summer our residents often make use of the outdoor space. Our beautiful private garden is often used for gardening and other activities.

I am supported by a multi-disciplinary team which includes a Registered Mental Health Nurse, an Occupational Therapist and Support Workers. All residents are supported 24-hours by our dedicated team. Our residents also benefit from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy sessions.
