"Radcliffe Lodge has a homely, friendly, positive feel. I am very impressed with the property and the inner workings of the service. There is a clear structure in training, and the staff are very organised and responsive." – Commissioning Manager - Working Age Adults, Contracts and Commissioning
Our professional staffing team at Radcliffe Lodge work daily with our residents, supporting and encouraging to maximise independence and improve quality of life.
People's views and decisions about care were incorporated in their care plans. This helped staff to support people in a way that allowed people to have control over their lives. People told us, "I would recommend this service to other people. Staff help me with [name of activity] and help to keep me focused." (CQC Report 2021)
Our supported living services are full of activities with a busy calendar of group cooking classes, exercise, health and nutrition workshops, 1-2-1 time and occupational therapy to suit everyone’s needs and help our residents to reach their recovery goals. Highlights…
