Mental Health Nursing

We know that as a nurse you’re making a difference to somebody, somewhere every day. We are too. Whether it’s greeting a resident with a smile, offering some words of reassurance or holding a hand – we know it’s the little things that our residents treasure.

The Role

You support our residents on their mental health recovery journey and enable them to have a greater understanding and control over their condition. You will build meaningful relationships with the people you support, and also with their relatives and wider support network. You will be responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of support for our residents.

It is a challenging, but highly rewarding role.

You’re unique and we build tailored training plans to support you during revalidation and to get you to where you want to be. We love what we do, but we’re pretty big on that whole work-life balance thing too. Our Nurses benefit from a competitive salary, no evenings or weekends and a generous holiday allowance. Additional benefits include:

  • Company pension scheme
  • On-site parking (Dependent upon site location)
  • Discount high street & dining vouchers (Employee opt-in scheme)
  • Ongoing training and development (With opportunities to progress to managerial roles)
  • The option to join the on-call service

As a Mental Health Nurse, we already know that you are dedicated, compassionate and understanding – and we are too. We are always on the look-out for people who will go the extra mile for our residents and fellow team members.
