Support Networks

We work collaboratively with commissioners, health and social care workers and our residents’ families and friends to build support networks around the individual in our care. These support networks are vital in helping our residents to meet their goals, reduce the risk of relapse and to optimise and support their recovery journey.

24-hour support

Our teams are on hand - day and night, 24/7/365 for our residents, providing safety and security. There is always someone there to listen to any issue no matter how small.

Clinically led recovery

Clinically led recovery

Each service employs a Registered Mental Health Nurse and an Occupational Therapist. Cognitive Behavioural Therapy sessions are also available and additional clinical input is available if required. Each care plan is unique, some residents may require more clinical input than others and this is regularly reviewed.

Our robust support technology ensures appropriate risk is managed and enables our teams to spend less time conducting administrative task and more time with our residents.

Individual tenancies

Individual tenancies

Our services are first and foremost our residents’ homes. We empower and support our residents to take responsibility for managing their tenancy and take pride in making their space their own.

  • Each resident has an individual lease agreement with an independent housing association
  • Our team help with administrative tasks, such as applying for housing benefit
