What is your role at Northern Healthcare, and how did you get into it?

Team Leader, this was recommended by my peers to apply for the next opportunity.

What attracted you to Join Northern Healthcare? 

I was impressed by the NHC values and beliefs.

What do you enjoy most about your role? 

That every day is different!

What is the most challenging aspect of your role? 

Staff sickness, as this adds additional pressure to the rest of the team.

How do you and your team support each other? 

We all support each other by discussing issues which arise throughout the day – communication is key.

What makes Northern Healthcare stand out? 

Very supportive – we’re able to talk to management about any concerns which makes me feel valued as an employee.
