Occupational Therapists

Our Occupational Therapists lead and provide clinical and professional direction for fellow team members. You will be working alongside Support Workers, Registered Mental Health Nurses (RMNs), Service Managers, and Team Leaders to support our residents to take the next step, whatever that may be.

The Role

All our residents benefit from an enhanced supported living environment with 24-hour support from experienced, clinically qualified staff. As a member of the support team, you will be responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of care for our residents, who may have complex and challenging needs.

As a valued member of our team you will benefit from a personalised development plan and competitive salary (up to £35,000 p/a).

We also offer preceptorships and ongoing training and support from day one.
