Northern Healthcare is excited to welcome everyone to our brand new 24/7 supported living service in the North West, Moss Lodge 

 Our Rochdale-based supported living service will officially open its doors in April 2024 and will support people living with a mental health diagnosis, autism and/or learning disabilities.

 

About Moss Lodge

 The service is currently accepting clinical referrals from Health and Social Care professionals. You can read more information about our referral process here. 

 Located close to the centre of Rochdale, Moss Lodge is a newly refurbished supported living facility based in the North West. Moss Lodge will accommodate up to 18 people in single ensuite rooms. The building boasts a spacious communal kitchen, lounge area, garden space, offices, meeting rooms and activity areas. The highly qualified team is available onsite 24/7 and residents are supported by their Service Manager and Support Workers. As with all our services, our residents benefit from ‘The Northern Healthcare model of supported living’, with 24/7 support onsite and input from our multi-disciplinary team.
