Celebrating Our People: Northern Healthcare Awards 2026

This month, we came together to celebrate one of the most meaningful moments in our calendar, the Northern Healthcare Awards!

Held at the stunning Treehouse Hotel Manchester, the event brought together colleagues from across the organisation. From support workers and service managers to our central office teams and shareholders, it was a shared moment to recognise the incredible work happening every day across our services.

The afternoon was made even more special by the presence of our guest, Bradley Johnson, who joined our Senior Executive Team to present awards and celebrate the achievements of our people. His support added a real sense of occasion to an already memorable day.

Guests enjoyed a three-course dinner as awards were announced throughout the afternoon, creating a relaxed and celebratory atmosphere filled with pride, laughter, and reflection. Alongside our shareholders, our senior leadership team – Chief Executive Officer Nicola Forshaw, Chief Operating Officer Dawn Cropper, People Director Sarah Colling, and Chief Financial Officer Dan Flaherty – were proud to honour the shining stars of Northern Healthcare.

Throughout the event, members of the Senior Executive Team joined Bradley Johnson on stage to deliver speeches and present awards, recognising individuals and teams who truly embody our values. It was a great reminder of what we can achieve together and the impact our people make every single day.

From fun moments in the photobooth to heartfelt speeches, the day was filled with emotion and celebration in equal measure. Most importantly, it gave us the opportunity to recognise those who consistently go above and beyond, making a meaningful difference to the people we support and to one another.
