Our experienced team help the people we support to achieve their next steps, from tasks such as cooking and budgeting to longer-term goals such as gaining employment.

What’s life like at Olton Grange?

Olton Grange opened in October 2023, and since then we have partnered closely with the people we support to provide compassionate, high-quality care. Strong relationships with local care teams and the community ensure our support plans meet the highest standards. Located in Olton, Solihull, we are just minutes from the local GP and pharmacy, a 10-minute walk from Acocks Green with shops and food options, and well-connected via public transport, including a bus stop outside and Olton Train Station within five minutes.

We offer a wide range of activities, both on-site and in the community, guided by weekly and individualised 1:1 planners tailored to each person’s interests. Activities include arts and crafts, local community groups, walks, museum visits, and travel by public transport. We support learning opportunities through community groups and colleges, and help the people we support access volunteer roles, such as at a local farm. Every achievement is celebrated, with monthly meetings bringing our team and those we support together to share feedback and successes.
