Radcliffe Lodge located in Pudsey, Leeds is an enhanced 24/7 supported living service providing specialist care for adults with a primary mental health diagnosis. The service also supports adults with learning disabilities, autism and associated conditions.
Previously a care home, Radcliffe Lodge has been transformed into a spacious modern living space with ensuite rooms and self-contained flats. This service also offers a shared kitchen and lounge area to promote social inclusion.
Located close to the centre of Pudsey, there is easy access to shops, local amenities and public transport.
Northern Healthcare’s clinically informed model promotes stability, recovery, and increased independence within a structured and therapeutic environment. Our specialist clinical nursing team work alongside highly skilled and compassionate support teams to enable us to provide responsive and individualised care and support.
The team provide 24/7 support for people with a variety of mental health conditions. The people we support come to us from a number of different pathways; they may require greater ‘step-down’ support following a period in an acute hospital or forensic service. Our experienced team help the people we support to achieve their next steps, from tasks such as cooking and budgeting to longer-term goals such as gaining employment.

Our professional staffing team at Radcliffe Lodge work daily with the people with the service, supporting and encouraging to maximise independence and improve quality of life.
Staff knew people well and recognised the value of person-centred care. This meant people’s support was individual and personalised to their needs and preferences. Staff supported people to engage in a range of activities including holidays, paid and voluntary work, socialising, and accessing community activities. (CQC Report 2024)
Our supported living services are full of activities with a busy calendar of group cooking classes, exercise, health and nutrition workshops, 1-2-1 time and occupational therapy to suit everyone’s needs and help the people we support reach their recovery goals.…
Kat lived in her own flat in Yeadon for 18 years. Kat is 66 years old, she lives with schizoaffective disorder and bipolar disorder and joined Radcliffe House on a 4 week trial in June 2021.
Chris has made amazing progress in a short period of time, he is now hopeful for a total discharge from the Mental Health Services at his upcoming tribunal.
The team are extremely proud of Chris. Our team are confident he will reach his goals and are always here to support him every step of the way.
Sharon is 67 years old and came to Radcliffe Lodge following a referral from Asket House, Leeds and York Partnership NHS Foundation Trust in April 2021.
