Northern Healthcare is delighted to share that our new Sandbach service will be opening soon! This new 24/7 enhanced service will support adults living with a learning disability and empower individuals to build their independence in a safe and supportive environment.
We are delighted to invite you to meet our team on Friday 1st of July from 12-3pm to discuss the service, our referral process, career opportunities and how our services enhance communities.
We work in partnership with many people to provide outstanding support to our residents. The communities we serve play an integral role in our residents’ lives, whether that be by joining our support teams, engaging in service-based activities (we love a coffee morning!) or helping our residents to build their skills with volunteer or employment opportunities.
